Maintain area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provide member service by monitoring exit areas, reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Maintain self-checkout area, resolve issues, promote products and services, guide members on self-service technology, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies;
Safeguard assets by observing potential criminal activity and maintaining documentation; execute emergency procedures; ensure safety practices;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technology, rollout training, and continuous learning.
