Maintain area of responsibility per policies, including handling returns and organizing merchandise;
Provide member service by reviewing receipts, assisting with purchases, and locating merchandise;
Support self-checkout area, resolve member issues, and process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Assist with safeguarding assets, maintain logs and documentation, and follow safety procedures;
Train and mentor Member Frontline Service associates on processes and new technologies.
