Team Lead, Retail

Overview

Become a Full‑Time NECOA Retail Team Lead in The Galleria, Houston, TX. Drive sales and create excitement around NECOA water purification products. Demonstrate products, build rapport with customers, support retail team members, and maintain store operations.

• Demonstrate NECOA water purification products within the branded retail store.
• Engage with customers to create a memorable experience and assess needs.
• Support retail team members through training and assisted selling.
• Open and close the retail store as needed.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Accurately document and report sales and track activities to Retail Operations.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized workstation/kiosk at all times.
• Contribute to team effort by meeting or exceeding personal monthly sales goals.
• Document and submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Ensure professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Experience with product demonstrations or training is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of products and services, excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Strong integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Base pay of $22 per hour (paid weekly) plus monthly sales bonuses. Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay. Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Paid training completed online. Health benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match.
