Princess Polly is a global fashion brand at the forefront of trend-driven, lower impact, and accessible apparel, currently expanding into the US market with a flagship store in the Houston Galleria. The brand is looking for a Retail Store Keyleader to lead the team during the 2026 store opening and subsequent operations.

The Retail Store Keyleader embodies drive, enthusiasm, and a natural talent for inspiring others. They are responsible for overseeing store opening and closing duties, cultivating exceptional customer service, and serving as a cornerstone within a fast‑paced retail setting. The role supports the Retail Leadership team, leads the team in achieving sales goals, upholds operational efficiency, and steps as manager on duty when needed.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service while contributing to their career development.
• Perform operational duties inclusive of but not limited to: opening and closing registers, visual merchandising execution, inventory management, and light housekeeping.
• Build brand loyalty and awareness through memorable in‑store experiences in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to company values, innovative business style, People Leadership principles, and a Customer‑First approach.

• 3+ years in retail industry.
• 1+ year experience in retail management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire associates to achieve their goals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Capability to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Great sense of style.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

$16–19 per hour
