Samsung Experience Store 8003, Houston, TX 77056. This is an evergreen/pipeline role; we are building a talent pool for upcoming opportunities within our Samsung Experience Store.
$18.00 per hour
ScheduleRetail schedule with part-time hours; includes evenings and weekends.

Be the life force of the store! Greet every customer with a welcoming and energetic attitude. Be proactive and a true detective, using open-ended questions to discover a customer’s needs and provide personalized, perfect-fit solutions with confidence. Become a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the entire sales journey and helping them create an incredible technology experience with Samsung products. Show off your technical skills by providing basic device troubleshooting, diagnosing mobile device issues, and facilitating service tickets.
Master the art of the upsell, confidently recommending product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases. Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. Handle customer escalations with empathy and a can-do attitude, turning a negative experience into a positive solution. Stay in the know by completing all product, services, and soft skills training to become a Samsung expert.
