Position Summary
Position Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and supporting Membership, maintaining facility safety, fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, completing work assignments, providing member service, and complying with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet Membership goals.
- Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet member needs.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using company policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; recommending improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
