Job Description

We are looking for a Salesperson passionate about fashion and styling who can grow a customer following both digitally and in-store.

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest, confident style and fit feedback.
• Provide service on customers' terms and support them in their shopping experience.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build expertise.
• Work with the team to keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re‑merchandising, overseeing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including for and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Pay range: $13.35 per hour. Commission varies by category: apparel, shoes, accessories – 3% to 14.5%; beauty and men’s fragrance – 3%. Performance‑based incentives or bonuses may apply.
