Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, following procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Provide pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with company policies, assisting with prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies, entering prescription information, filing prescriptions, and completing required paperwork and documentation.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the pharmacy area, organize and maintain the pharmacy area following company procedures, utilize equipment appropriately, and complete required logs and documentation.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, and recommending improvement opportunities while learning from feedback.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy in executing business processes.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00*

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
