Overview

Part‑time HP PC Sales Representative. Pay: $19.00 per hour, schedule Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (up to 14 hours per week).

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate premium HP PC products and accessories in a big‑box retail store.
  • Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
  • Maintain professional relationships with retail partners in assigned store(s).
  • Train store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation.
  • Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
  • Report sales results and competitive insights to management.
  • Assist customers by escorting them to displays, assessing needs, and suggesting appropriate products.
  • Accurately document and report sales and track all activity to Retail Operations.
  • Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn.
  • Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products with hands‑on demonstrations.
  • Ability to navigate a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
  • Retail or customer service experience preferred; training or product demonstration experience preferred.
  • 1 year of job experience required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
