Following the successful launch of our first Texas store at La Plaza Mall in McAllen, we are thrilled to expand to Houston’s Willowbrook Mall and seek a passionate, success‑driven Store Manager to lead our new store.

As Store Manager, you will be the heart of the store’s daily operations, responsible for building and leading a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales goals. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, has a keen eye for merchandising, and can drive operational excellence.

• Recruit and train employees, fostering a customer‑focused, high‑performing team culture.
• Lead and inspire store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance.
• Oversee all daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining brand‑aligned visual standards.
• Monitor sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 3 years of retail management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly preferred.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
