Summary

The Client Advisor - Visual Expert in Houston is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships while achieving individual and store sales targets. The role combines high-level personalized selling with ownership of in-store visual presentation, partnering with the Visual Merchandising team to execute floor changes and displays. The advisor uses CRM tools, manages a client book, and supports inventory, shipping, and overall store presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Continuously meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
  • Use CRM to record client information and drive personalized outreach and event promotion.
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to plan and execute floor moves, windows, displays, and in-store activations.
  • Implement and uphold visual standards across the sales floor and adapt VM to store architecture and local trends.
  • Maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom; support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to support consistent product knowledge and visual execution.
Requirements
  • Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven experience as a visual merchandiser with expertise in window and interior display creation.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding individual and store sales targets.
  • Willingness to work nights, overnights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced environment and varied customer needs.
  • Experience using CRM tools and maintaining an accurate client book.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.
