Shipping and Receiving Clerk Responsibilities
  • Track incoming and outgoing products.
  • Update databases with incoming and outgoing products (data entry in ERP software and Microsoft Excel).
  • Notify Inventory Manager of shortages and inconsistencies.
  • Operate equipment according to training provided.
  • Assist QC and check outgoing products according to company policies.
  • Assist Inventory Clerk with inventory verifications.
Qualifications for Shipping and Receiving Clerk
  • 1-2 years of data entry experience.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in information technology:
    Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Great communication skills:
    Proper usage of emails, phone calls, and texts.
  • Able to reconcile inventory.
  • Must be able to read inventory lists.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
