Shipping and Receiving Clerk Responsibilities- Track incoming and outgoing products.
- Update databases with incoming and outgoing products (data entry in ERP software and Microsoft Excel).
- Notify Inventory Manager of shortages and inconsistencies.
- Operate equipment according to training provided.
- Assist QC and check outgoing products according to company policies.
- Assist Inventory Clerk with inventory verifications.
- 1-2 years of data entry experience.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in information technology:
Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams. - Great communication skills:
Proper usage of emails, phone calls, and texts. - Able to reconcile inventory.
- Must be able to read inventory lists.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail.
