Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternatives;
Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assist with purchasing decisions and processing transactions;
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions;
Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist members with transporting items and loading their vehicles;
Locate and organize merchandise and assist with locating and stocking items as needed.
