We are hiring Part-Time Event Sales Team Members in Houston,TX. This is a customer-facing role for energetic, outgoing, and dependable individuals who enjoy talking to people, promoting offers, and helping drive customer traffic into the store or event area. The main responsibility of this role is to approach customers, start conversations, create interest, hand out flyers, and guide interested customers inside the store so they can purchase products or services.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are required.

• Talk to customers outside the store, in parking lots, and at community events
• Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Hand out flyers and promote current offers on the spot
• Create customer interest and help increase store traffic
• Guide interested customers into the store or event area
• Support the store team in meeting daily sales goals
• Represent the company in a positive, professional, and energetic way

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required
• Must be outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
• Must be available Thursday through Sunday
• Must be dependable, energetic, and professional
• Sales, promotions, customer service, or event experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation is preferred

The ideal candidate is friendly, confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers in both English and Spanish. This person should be motivated, professional, and able to help generate interest and bring customers into the store or event area.
