• Provide customer service under direct supervision of the Produce Manager.
• Assist customers, clean, fill, and rotate perishable produce displays.
• Lift up to 60 lbs, bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods.
• Maintain visual and auditory readiness in a fast‑paced grocery store environment.

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with the general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; frequently lift and/or move up to 45 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 lbs.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (extra awesome).
• Retail Management Certificate (extra awesome).
