Support visual merchandising processes and lead transitions, reinventions, and resets within designated zones;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks to meet sales, guest engagement, and store goals;
Assist with freight processes and stock product in designated areas, including end caps and signage;
Coach and develop team members on visual priorities and standards to enhance customer experience;
Monitor store scorecard data and contribute to improving sales and expense metrics in assigned zones
