Position Overview

Brand Representative (Sales Associate) reporting to the store leadership, drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well‑maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual sales associate goals that support store goals.

• Provides excellent guest service by anticipating guests’ needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to the brand service standards.

• Communicates effectively with store management and guests.

• Completes opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks as directed.
• Locates merchandise effectively and maintains organization.
• Performs register transactions quickly, efficiently, and accurately; handles cash and provides change without error.
• Adheres to loss‑prevention practices and reports potential incidents.
• Maintains a safe work environment and reports hazards.
• Participates in store inventory preparation.
• Reports to work as scheduled and records time accurately using the time‑and‑attendance system.
• Assists in constructing merchandising and window displays.
• Maintains a clean and presentable store environment.
• Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently; occasional climbing of ladders or frequent ascents/descents of stairs may be required.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
