• Deliver a seamless and inspiring in‑store experience by executing merchandise movement and placement strategies.
• Enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor and maintain organized, shoppable displays.
• Ensure pricing and promotional signage are accurate and up to date.
• Greet customers with genuine hospitality and offer assistance to make them feel seen, supported, and valued.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
• Support visual merchandising by updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentations with company directives.
• Focus on the customer by offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, holding personal conversations, actively listening, and providing thoughtful assistance to build relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs, replenishing merchandise, and supporting needed merchandise moves.
• Finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and giving a sincere thank‑you.
• Collaborate with the team to tie up loose ends—reorganizing the department, restocking items, and preparing the space for a successful next day.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Strive for continuous improvement by taking pride in work, achieving sales goals, and learning from each other to deliver store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Create connections with customers, help the store achieve sales goals, and participate in sales‑boosting events.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment, fostering meaningful conversations and connections.
• Learn about products in the store and give expert guidance to customers based on their wants, features, and choices.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Use point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.
• Work seamlessly with colleagues at all levels and across departments to drive sales and elevate the customer experience.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
• Require close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
