Position Summary
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals. Maintains facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, adhering to company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
Fulfills Member Fax‑n‑Pull and Click‑n‑Pull orders by reviewing, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to change. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, implementing action plans and applying the open‑door policy.

CompensationHourly wage: $17.00–$25.00 per hour (no later than the minimum wage applicable). Additional premiums range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
