We are looking for a manager who will contribute to positioning IKEA as the leading home furnishings provider in the local market, provide home furnishing solutions, leverage store layout as a commercial tool, and recruit, develop and lead a merchandising team.

• Contribute to positioning the store as the first choice for home furnishing.
• Provide home furnishing solutions for single or combined products to improve customers' lives at home.
• Secure use of store layout as a commercial tool to plan and implement commercial strategies while creating a visual impact.
• Recruit, develop and lead the merchandising team.

• 3 years experience working as a visual merchandiser.
• Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment.
• Experience leading co‑workers.
• Proven success in leading creative processes and coaching people.
• Experience in fast‑paced retail environment.

Salary range: $68,276 to $97,976 USD. Job type:
Permanent, Full-time.

Hours:

Retail hours including weeknights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate may be required to complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment. IKEA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
