Are you obsessed with fashion logistics but love the energy of a luxury boutique? We are looking for an organized, high-energy Wholesale & Retail Operations Assistant to join our team in Rice Village!

This isn't your average back-of-house or front of the house job. You will be the ultimate multi-tasker, seamlessly pivoting between organizing gorgeous new collections, keeping our tech running smoothly, and helping coordinate wholesale orders for our regional buyers. SARAH STEWART is a handmade everyday luxury lifestyle brand designed in Texas and handmade in Indonesia.

We work in partnership with artisan makers throughout Indonesia to make our products.

Sarah opened a flagship store in Rice Village in 2024 and is represented in fine stores, hotels and department stores throughout the US

• Keep Tech Seamless: Know our Square Up and Shopify systems and other systems as needed. You will handle customer checkouts, process digital orders, and make sure our inventory numbers are always accurate.
• Style & Connect: Jump onto the sales floor to deliver a warm, luxury customer service experience, helping clients find their perfect looks and driving boutique sales.
• Support the Floor: Keep the sales floor looking flawless and fully stocked. You will get front-row access to prepping upcoming collections and unpacking high-energy trunk shows.
• Daily Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, keeping register counts sharp and boutique operations running like clockwork.
• Unbox the Magic: Receive, unpack, ready and catalog our beautiful arrivals for the sales floor.

• Order Perfection: Manage incoming wholesale purchase orders, ensuring our retail partners get the exact styles, quantities, and sizes they ordered.
• Be the Liaison: Keep open lines of communication between our office and our wholesale clients.
• Sample VIP: Track, tag, and style our fashion samples and look books for big showroom meetings and regional market weeks.

• Experienced & Educated: You bring 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail or wholesale admin OR you hold a recent degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or Marketing. (A mix of both works great too!)
• Tech-Savvy: You know your way around Shopify and Square Up and love using tech to make workflows faster and easier.
• Detail-Obsessed: You notice the little things, from a misplaced price tag to a typo on a shipping manifest.

  Available to work Saturdays one to two times a month to help hold down the fort during our high-energy weekend boutique rushes.
