Position Summary

As our Retail Store Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment, maintain visual merchandising and store standards, keep the sales floor replenished, and package merchandise for display. This role supports creating an engaging in‑store experience for customers and will begin with the new store opening in July
2026.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage visual merchandising and maintain store standards.
• Replenish sales floor and prepare merchandise for display.
• Coordinate with fulfillment to unpack and organize new inventory.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations (cash handling, opening and closing procedures).

• High school diploma required.
• Prior retail experience preferred; passion for fashion and customer service essential.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• High‑energy, upbeat demeanor.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 20lbs.
• Strong sense of style aligned with the brand.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Salary: $14.50–$17.00 per hour.
