Part-Time Business Office Associate

Carmax - 16110 North Freeway - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced, team-oriented environment through the facilitation of the sales, auction, and appraisal process;
Process paperwork associated with retail/wholesale automobile sales and related registrations and titling;
Balance cash and deposits and manage the safe with loss-prevention considerations;
Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls as appropriate;
Mentor new Business Office Associates and train other store departments on Business Office processes
