The Alterations Associate will be responsible for all aspects of alterations, including pinning, fitting, marking, and altering of garments. The Alterations Associate is responsible for providing alterations services to customers in a professional and timely manner.

• Fit,alter,repair,andmakemade-to-measure clothing,accordingtocustomers'andmanufacturingspecifications
• Partner with Sales Associatesinservicingclientstoprovideexceptionalserviceduringfittings
• Assemblegarmentpartsandjoinpartswithbastingstitches,usingneedlesandthreadorsewingmachinesasnecessary
• Fitoncustomersandensurepropersizingandthatalterationsaretosalesassociatesandcustomer’srequirements
• Communicatingwithclientstounderstandtheirneedsandspeaktothealterationsprocess

Must have knowledge of all alterations equipment and have experience in sewing dresses, altering high-end materials, and garments of complicated construction.

• Minimum4yearsexperienceinotherboutique/store environments,ideallywithalteringluxurygarments.
