Salary Range: $15.00 To $15.00 Annually

As a Cashier, you will use cash registers, electronic scanners, and related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers.

• Accept money in the form of cash, checks, and credit or debit cards for items purchased; validates checks
• Ensure accurate transactions by balancing cash register and sales at the end of shift
• Will be cross-trained in handling preparing the front cooler, making smoothies, coffees, and other duties as assigned

• Greet customers as they enter the location
• Identify prices of products and services and tabulates bills with available equipment.
• Process returns and exchanges according to store policy
• Assist customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information
• Other job duties as assigned

• Ability to operate equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, and/or scanners
• Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change and give refunds

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
