Visual Merchandising Support

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Visual Support specialist to join our creative team. This role is essential in enhancing our brand presence through compelling visual displays, innovative layout designs, and effective merchandising strategies across retail environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in visual merchandising, interior and fashion retail design, and proficiency with industry-standard design tools. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with store teams to develop engaging visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, ensuring an inviting and cohesive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visually appealing merchandising displays that adhere to brand standards and planograms
• Design store layouts and interior visual concepts using Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and other design software
• Create compelling illustrations and graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to support marketing campaigns
• Manage the arrangement of retail store displays, ensuring optimal product placement and inventory control
• Collaborate with retail teams to implement visual merchandising procedures that enhance customer engagement
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual materials and store presentations
• Oversee the management of store layout modifications, signage updates, and promotional displays
• Assist in developing marketing materials that highlight new products or seasonal themes
• Support inventory management related to display items and visual assets
• Lead or participate in team efforts to improve visual support operations, including training new staff on display standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail store visual merchandising, interior design, or fashion retail environments
• Proficiency with Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Node.js is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of branding principles, layout design, planograms, and merchandising display arrangement
• Experience with retail sales techniques, customer service skills, and managing store merchandising operations
• Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, inventory control, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and conveying visual concepts effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to facilitate communication within diverse teams
