Merchandising Operations Associate - PT Hours

Salary Range

USD 17.90 - 22.39 per hour*

As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will support the daily operations of merchandise under the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager. Your responsibilities will include processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment of merchandise, as well as participating in store projects to keep the sales floor efficient and attractive.

• Process inbound merchandise and ensure proper placement and presentation on the selling floor.
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow visual guidelines for placement and presentation.
• Assist with store projects such as floor recovery, supply replenishment, and filling merchandise on the selling floor when needed.
• Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Perform additional ad‑hoc responsibilities as required.
• Evaluate progress against key performance drivers and assess opportunities and risks within the organization.
• Generate and share original ideas to tackle simple and complex problems, driving positive outcomes through clear objectives and measurements.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and physically handle merchandise, including climbing ladders and handling racks and carts.
• Strong communication skills across all styles; ability to build positive interpersonal relationships.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use available technology such as RF guns, PC, iOS devices, Excel/Word, and proprietary platforms.
• Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle when required.
