Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T2419) rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests in a welcoming way to solve their needs.
• Thank guests and recognize their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to help achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the store to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders), while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are flexible with work schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak times.
• Welcoming attitude, good communication using multiple devices, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and problem-solving for guest questions.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; capable of managing tasks within established time frames.
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to lift up to 44 pounds, climb ladders, and perform duties in varying temperatures or conditions; may involve standing and moving for scheduled shifts.
