Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs, recommending items, and guiding them through transactions;
Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season;
Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to floor;
Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals;
Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed;
Support inventory control and loss prevention practices in the store;
Adhere to Game Stop policies, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics
