Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Houston, TX. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, managing transactions, maintaining store displays, processing deliveries, training and development of employees, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Additional tasks include inventory management, restocking, and participating in store events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and sales abilities
• Experience in retail or sales environments, preferably in fashion or home goods
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A passion for creativity, community, and self-expression
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus
