Part‑time Customer Service Representative with flexible shift availability (Days, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends).

• Greet customers and create a friendly welcome.
• Run the register and act as cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and promote products.
• Assist customers with our food program when applicable.
• Work inside and outside the store to maintain high standards for store appearance.
• Provide fast, friendly service to all customers.
• Deliver regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team.
• Accomplish daily tasks around the store in a quick‑pacing environment.

• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Ability to sell products and suggest purchases.
• Quick pace execution while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
• Strong teamwork and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Problem‑solving and quick‑thinking skills.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cashiering experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes.
• Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; requires eye‑hand coordination.
• May require climbing a ladder to retrieve materials or remove signs.
