Job Summary:

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be responsible for engaging with shoppers in a retail environment, explaining our services, and booking appointments for our sales team. Your main role is to be the first point of contact — friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated — helping customers take the first step toward a more energy-efficient home.

• Work with retail staff and assist customers as the retail staff would
• Provide a brief explanation of our products and services
• Identify potential customer needs and schedule appointments for follow‑up
• Keep accurate records of interactions and appointments

In-person at a retail location in Houston, TX

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Willingness to learn about our products and services
• Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
