Client Services, Merchandising, and Operations Coordinator

Named ‘Best Custom Suit’ by Chicago Magazine, Balani is the premier custom clothier for pro athletes in the NFL, NBA, and NHL, as well as musicians and TV personalities nationwide. We are seeking an impeccably organized, high-ownership coordinator to serve as the face and heartbeat of our Houston showroom. In this role, you will curate 5-star client experiences, run daily showroom operations, and ensure every detail of our luxury service is executed with complete pride and precision.

• Elevate the client experience: Welcome incoming guests with genuine warmth, manage client inquiries, and oversee appointment scheduling.
• VIP event planning & support
  :
  Plan and execute high-touch VIP client events, assist with local marketing efforts, and manage special showroom projects from concept to completion.
• Showroom logistics: Coordinate incoming and outgoing luxury garments, track inventory, and partner directly with our vendors to ensure seamless quality.
• Merchandising & presentation: Uphold a pristine, immaculate showroom environment, fully stocked with inventory, accessories, and supplies.
• Showroom operations: Maintain precise client records in our CRM, manage daily communications, and handle the organizational logistics that keep the showroom running smoothly.

• 2+ years of experience in high-end admin, hospitality, or front-of-house operations.
• Relentless attention to detail: You hold yourself to a high standard, love an organized day, and take genuine pride in flawless execution.
• Tech fluency: Confident with CRM systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.
• Refined professionalism: Warm, polished, and quick on your feet in a luxury environment.
• Growth mindset: High initiative, eager to learn the ins and outs of luxury retail, and motivated by clear paths for internal advancement.

• Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 / year
