$13.00 to $17.00 per hour.
Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $3.48 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

- Vacation:

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of six months of management or third–key experience. Assistant Store Managers are accountable for daily store operations, promote a positive and productive environment, partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop employees, recruit and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, and manage customer relations and satisfaction. The role includes analyzing store financial statements, committing to the asset protection program, promoting the business, and targeting new customer acquisitions.
This position offers an hourly wage, plus commission based on productivity and a bonus based on store performance. Pay will be based on location, qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities- Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
- Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent through company‑prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, including cash drawer and merchandise counting, and ensure all procedures protect assets.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Administer in‑store processes and procedures such as inventory, loan management, merchandising, presentation, store systems, and enterprise‑level reporting.
- Evaluate the store’s financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
- Ensure operating standards meet or exceed First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to maintain value and integrity of all loans issued.
- Complete assigned tasks and training for self‑development as requested.
- Communicate clearly with employees to ensure understanding of the store’s mission and profit objectives.
- Remain up‑to‑date on product knowledge.
- The Assistant Store Manager serves as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to perform duties requiring extended periods of standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, up to 50 pounds.
