- Conduct both field and call center sales appointments to meet client needs
- Follow up with leads provided and guide clients through the enrollment process
- Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and company policies
- Build relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
- Active Health & Life Insurance License (Preferred)
- Appointment Release from current upline (Required if currently licensed)
- Medicare Sales Experience (Preferred, But Not Required)
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (both field & call center)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for helping clients navigate their healthcare options
- Must be a self-driven individual
