Business Development Account Manager (New Sales)
Houston, Texas (Hybrid)
We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and competitive Business Development Manager to join our Houston, TX team. We need a passionate sales professional eager to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of the workplace dining industry.
You’ll be part of a high-performing sales team focused on selling innovative food service programs to B2B, mid-market, and enterprise clients across a variety of industries.
This is a true hunter role, responsible for identifying prospects, and building long last lasting relationships.
- $80-90K + commission
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generations to establish relationships and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Identify opportunities to create tailored solutions for hybrid work environments that improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and presentation to negotiation and closing — with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Maintain a high level of activity and organization using our CRM and sales tools.
- Demonstrate persistence and follow-up to build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term account success.
- 4+ years of new business development experience, with 2 years in outside sales.
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers at the mid-market or enterprise level.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented — you do what it takes to win.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Experienced in cold-calling, outbound prospecting, and sourcing new business.
- Excited about technology-driven solutions that enhance workplace experience.
