Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Inside Sales Support for a large, fast-paced organization. The Inside Sales Support will play a critical role in supporting sales and operational teams by ensuring accurate order processing, effective communication with customers, and smooth coordination across internal departments. This position allows you to leverage your organizational skills and attention to detail while contributing to efficient business operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Support field sales representatives with order coordination, pricing, quotes, and proposal preparation.
- Maintain and update CRM records, customer files, and sales opportunities.
- Track open items, follow-ups, and customer requests to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and service inquiries.
- Assist with new account setup and ongoing account maintenance.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, logistics, and credit teams to support customer requirements.
- Enter and process orders accurately, ensuring consistency across sales and operational systems.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation, summaries, and change records for customer projects.
- Generate reports, summaries, and activity tracking for sales and operational purposes.
- Support special sales initiatives, promotions, and internal projects as needed.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word); CRM experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Prior B2B or industrial distribution experience preferred but not required.
