About the Role
is hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing inbound demand. This is a high-volume, structured role focused on qualifying inbound leads, having productive conversations, and setting high-quality demos for our sales team.
This role is not closing-focused and not full-cycle sales
. Success is measured by consistency, follow-through, and execution.

What You’ll Do- Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email
- Have structured qualification conversations using the provided scripts
- Identify customer intent and route leads appropriately
- Set qualified demos for Account Executives
- Track all activity accurately in our CRM
- Follow daily call, activity, and quality standards
- Stay focused, organized, and consistent throughout the day
This role involves a high volume of outbound calls to inbound leads
. You will be on the phone daily.
This role is:
- Inbound-only (no cold prospecting)
- Process-driven and highly structured
- Entry-level and training-focused
- A stepping stone to more advanced sales roles
This role is not:
- A closing or Account Executive position
- Commission-only or high-ticket sales
- A “build your own book” role
- A fit for senior or full-cycle sales reps
- Early-career candidates or recent graduates
- Strong communicators who can stay calm and professional on the phone
- People who are comfortable with repetition and routine
- Coachable, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals
- Prior sales experience is not required — training is provided
