Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative – Paid Training

Outside Sales | Financial Services | Houston, TX | Full-Time

We’re hiring motivated, driven individuals to join our growing B2B Financial Services sales team in Houston. This is an entry-level outside sales role with paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to promotion.

If you’re a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build real-world sales experience and earn based on performance, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and acquire new business-to-business (B2B) clients
  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with business owners and decision-makers
  • Promote and sell financial products and services
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships
  • Manage a local sales territory and daily schedule
  • Track leads, pipeline activity, and performance metrics
  • Consistently work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales mentors to grow your skills
