407 Solutions is expanding into Houston, TX, and we are hiring a Customer Service and Sales Representative to support our growing portfolio of in-person promotional and event-based sales campaigns.

This role is 100% face-to-face. You will work directly with customers at retail locations and live promotional events, representing our clients, explaining products, and actively generating sales on-site.

• Represent client brands professionally in public-facing environments
• Clearly explain products and services to customers and answer questions in real time
• Interact face-to-face with customers at promotional events and retail campaign sites
• Actively take part in sales conversations, guiding customers through the decision-making process
• Generate sales during live campaigns while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Track daily customer interactions and sales performance with the support of your team leader
• Assist with event setup and breakdown when required

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers in person
• Comfortable working in a sales-focused, customer-facing role
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced retail or event environments
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is an advantage, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow as part of an expanding Houston team
