Job Summary
The Sales Representative at Golden Stones is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing product knowledge and guidance, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on promoting Golden Stones’ natural and engineered stone products to contractors, fabricators, designers, builders, and retail customers while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business and maintain existing customer relationships
- Promote and sell Golden Stones products, including granite, marble, quartz, and other stone materials
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Conduct showroom tours, product demonstrations, and on-site visits as needed
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain knowledge of product inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Document customer interactions and sales activities in company systems
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and ethical sales practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred; experience in stone, construction materials, or building products is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long‑term relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift materials in a showroom or warehouse environment

Job Requirements
