Job Title:

Inside Sales Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a high-energy, "speed-to-lead" specialist to serve as the heartbeat of our retail sales department. This role is a hybrid of high-volume lead qualification
, sales support
, and project management
. If you are a meticulous multitasker who thrives on closing loops and providing world-class hospitality, we want you on our team.

The Role:

Impact & Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Rapidly respond to all call and web/app notifications (GAF, Instapage, etc.). You are the first point of contact—speed and professionalism are your primary metrics.
  • CRM Mastery: Maintain a "source of truth" in our CRM. Input meticulous notes, track lead sources, move jobs through the pipeline, and trigger final billing.
  • The "Rehash" & Feedback: Conduct follow-up within 24 hours of sales appointments to gather feedback, overcome objections, and update job statuses.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the field team by ordering Roofr/Eagleview reports and managing roof consultants’ calendars.
  • Project Completion: Send before/after photo reports, register manufacturer warranties, and ensure the customer experience is seamless from start to finish.
  • Hospitality: Manage "customer for life" initiatives, including roof birthday cards, thank-you notes, and requests referrals and reviews.

  • Tactical Multitasking: You can navigate a CRM and a calendar simultaneously while maintaining a professional phone presence.
