Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site role based in Houston, TX involves leading and managing the North America Sales team at AXON Energy Services. The Director of North America Sales will oversee sales operations, drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to achieve the organization’s revenue goals. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring high client satisfaction, while collaborating closely with other departments to align sales initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
  • Strong skills and experience in Customer Service and relationship management
  • Proficiency in Team Management with the ability to mentor and lead high‑performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of the energy and drilling industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Willingness to work on‑site in Houston, TX, with flexibility for travel as required
