Position Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone eager to get hands-on experience in sales, focusing on lead generation, cold calling, and developing key sales skills. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, reaching out to potential customers, and qualifying opportunities. Through on-the-job training, you’ll gain the tools and knowledge needed to thrive in a sales career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation:
    Research and identify new business opportunities, leveraging various tools and strategies to generate quality leads.

    Qualification:

    Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify leads based on their requirements, and schedule follow-up actions for the sales team.
  • Cold Calling:
    Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and introduce the company’s products and services, aiming to set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • CRM Management (Hub Spot):
    Accurately input lead and customer information into the CRM system, tracking communications and progress.
  • Shadowing:
    Observe and assist experienced sales representatives to learn best practices and real-world sales techniques.
  • Market Research:
    Gather market intelligence and insights to help refine lead generation strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Track your daily activities, results, and metrics, and provide reports on progress to sales management.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and engage prospects effectively.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejection with resilience and persistence.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
