We are currently looking for an experienced customer-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Houston, TX team.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
• Increase sales volumes through cross-selling and add-on opportunities.
• Drive quote-to-order conversion through consistent follow-up and opportunity management.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to support territory strategies and customer success.
• Manage multiple quotes, accounts, emails, and phone calls simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or technical customer service experience (industrial experience is a plus).
• Background in petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences, or semiconductor industries preferred.
• Experience supporting outside sales teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex quotes and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Coachable and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
