Indoor/outdoor Sales Representative

• Role:
  Full-time Indoor & Outdoor Sales
• Schedule:
  
  6 days a week, Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM–4:00 PM).
• Requirement:
  Must be bilingual and legally authorized to work (work permit required).
• Location:
  
  Office and Outside (Company Vehicle will be used for outside sales).

• Monthly Base Salary: $2,500
• Commission: 3% of gross sales, paid on the 15th of every month.
• Benefits: 3 days of sick time, paid federal holidays. (Health insurance is not provided.)
• Paid Leave: 10 days of paid vacation annually, available starting in the second year of employment.
• Attire:
  Company t-shirt/attire is required.

• Generate and manage customer accounts.
• Meet sales targets as assigned by the Employer.
• Prepare proposals and follow up with clients.
• Conduct site visits, perform builder/remodeler outreach, and attend industry events as required.
• Utilize CRM and company tools effectively.
• Represent company in a professional manner.
• The Employer reserves the right to adjust duties reasonably as business needs evolve.
