Territory Sales Manager
Calibration & Industrial Sales | Houston
We are hiring a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to grow revenue across the Houston market by selling both new equipment and recurring calibration services
. This role is ideal for a technically savvy sales professional who thrives in the field and wants multiple income streams tied directly to performance.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business and expand existing accounts
- Sell capital equipment and calibration services
- Prospect, cold call, and conduct on-site customer visits
- Build long-term relationships in manufacturing, oil & gas, and aerospace.
- Manage pipeline, CRM activity, and sales reporting
What It Takes
- 1-2+ years outside sales experience in calibration, engineering, machining, or industrial sales
- Strong technical and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willing to travel throughout the Houston area
