Sales Representative - Compressed Air

An established global manufacturer in the industrial equipment / compressed air sector is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to own and grow the Houston territory.

This is a true hunter role with strong earning potential, focused on equipment sales, technical solution selling, and long-term account development.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic territory plan to grow equipment sales across the Houston market.

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers
• Prospecting new and dormant accounts to generate revenue growth
• Conducting system audits and identifying energy-saving opportunities
• Managing quoting, follow-up, and order processing
• Supporting and expanding local distribution partners
• Achieving sales targets across rotary compressors, reciprocating compressors, accessories, and aftermarket services
• Using CRM/ERP tools (Salesforce, SAP, CPQ platforms) to manage pipeline and activity
• Collaborating cross-functionally to retain and recover key accounts
• Daily travel within territory

• 3+ years’ experience selling in the compressed air / industrial equipment market
• Experience with air compressors or related mechanical systems strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, Technical field)
• Self-motivated, territory-driven mindset
• Comfortable prospecting and building pipeline independently
• Ability to analyze systems and identify technical solutions
