Roleand Responsibilities
Working under the guidance of the Sales Director, your mission is to drive growth by participating in the development and execution of the commercial strategy. You will be responsible for meeting order objectives and developing the business through effective management of acquired accounts and the cultivation of new client relationships.
What are you going to do?Your main missions will be:
- Meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability, new customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction goals in assigned region.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the Maritime world, specifically focusing on surface and subsea solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and management of the sales process through closure of the sale and service.
- Make presentations, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations regarding pricing and terms.
- Assist customers with their surface and subsea solutions, ensuring Exail solutions are planned and managed within their project objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Being accountable for your sales target and overachieving on that sales target.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales goals and strategies for your assigned markets and forecasts.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers, understand their needs and assess market trends and competition.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams with the Exail group, including engineering, project manager and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate and represent the company at trade shows, conferences and product demonstrations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
