Based in Houston - we are looking for a motivated and technically aware Sales and Account Manager to help grow our customer base and strengthen existing relationships. this role will report to Sales Management and play a key part in driving commercial success while supporting quoting, customer engagement and marketing activities. The position offers a dynamic mix of remote flexibility and travel for customer site visits, trade shows and team collaboration.

What you will do- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and target accounts
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer quotes in collaboration with technical teams
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, provide solutions, and maintain trust
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements
- Maintain and update sales forecasts and quote pipelines
- Support marketing by sharing market insights and participating in promotional efforts
- Assist in developing case studies, presentations, and technical sales content
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows
- Provide ongoing feedback to improve products, services and customer satisfaction
- 8+ years of sales or account management experience in a technical or industrial setting
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Rotating Equipment industry is a plus
- Existing network or strong relationships in the industrial sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial, but not required
- Comfortable with both commercial discussions and technical sales support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
- Able to travel for customer visits, trade shows, and site meetings
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
